Service Fulfillment
All services purchased on www.tourstony.com are delivered as scheduled bookings and confirmed via email and/or WhatsApp message after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation including all details of your tour: date, time, meeting point, contact number of the guide/driver, and any special instructions.

Delivery Time

Travel Experience
All services are considered delivered once the tour or transportation begins at the agreed time and location. Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Delays from the client side may lead to missed services, for which we are not liable.
